A Season We’ll Always Remember

This year’s Christmas mini sessions were truly something special for us. On November 29th and December 7th, we had the joy of photographing so many incredible families, couples, and little ones during our Christmas minis, and we’re still smiling thinking about it. From cozy outfits and sweet giggles to candid moments that weren’t planned but felt perfect, these sessions reminded us why we love what we do.

We hosted our Christmas Minis across two separate dates to give families flexibility while still keeping the experience intimate and relaxed.

Our goal was simple:

create a warm, festive setting where people could show up, be themselves, and leave with photos that are perfect for Christmas cards and years to come.

We brought a basket full of Christmas themed candy for the kids, and a speaker to play Christmas classics to complete the vibe for the set we had. One thing we learned is that candy canes make for great props for babies that have awkward hands!

Some of our favorite memories from these sessions weren’t the perfectly posed shots. They were the in-between moments. Kids laughing before they were “ready.” Parents pulling their little ones in close. Couples sharing quiet smiles when they thought we weren’t looking. Those are the moments we’re always watching for. The ones that tell a story beyond just a pretty photo.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who booked a Christmas mini with us this season. Whether this was your first time in front of our cameras or you’ve trusted us before, it truly means the world. Getting to be part of your holiday memories is something we never take lightly. These were a reminder of how powerful short sessions can be when they’re done with intention. We’re already dreaming about what next year might look like, and we can’t wait to keep creating meaningful experiences for the families and couples who trust us. If you missed out this year, keep an eye out. Christmas minis will definitely be back! Until then, thank you for an unforgettable season!
