We believe that the best wedding photos happen when you feel like you’re being photographed by friends, not strangers. As a husband-and-wife team, we’ve been in your shoes, and we know that a clear, stress-free process is the key to a beautiful gallery.
Here is exactly what you can expect when you join The Jones Photography family.
Step 1: The Initial Spark (Inquiry)
It all starts here! Once you fill out our contact form, we’ll reach out within 24 hours to say hello.
Next, we’ll hop on a quick call or meet for coffee (we LOVE coffee). We want to hear about your vision, your "must-haves," and see if our personalities click.
After our chat, we’ll send over a digital proposal. You’ll pick your collection, sign your contract, and pay your retainer, all online in about five minutes.
Step 2: The Warm-Up (Engagement Session)
Once you’re officially on our calendar, we highly recommend an engagement session.

This is where we learn how you two interact. By the time your wedding day rolls around, you’ll already be pros in front of our lenses.
We’ll send you our Wedding Style Guide, packed with tips on posing, cool ideas that make for great pictures, and how to create a wedding day timeline that maximizes important pictures without being stressed for time.
Step 3: Mapping the Day (Pre-Wedding Planning)
We don't just show up and start clicking. We help you build a day that flows naturally.
One month before the wedding, we’ll send a questionnaire to gather your family formal lists, vendor names, and specific "don't miss" moments.
We’ll have a final consultation call 30 days out to finalize the timeline. We coordinate with your planner and DJ so that everyone is on the same page.
Step 4: The Big Day (Wedding Coverage)
This is where the magic happens. As a duo, we offer a unique "surround sound" photography experience.
One of us is usually with the bridesmaids while the other is with the groomsmen. We capture both sides of the story simultaneously.
We’ll guide you through portraits so you never feel "stiff," but we’ll spend most of the day as "flys on the wall," capturing the candid tears and the dance floor chaos.
Step 5: The Celebration Continues (Delivery)
The wedding might be over, but your experience isn't.
We know you're dying to see them! Within 48 hours, we’ll send a few sneak peeks to hold you over and build excitement for your full gallery.
Your high-resolution, hand-edited gallery will be delivered via a private online link within 6–8 weeks.
From your gallery, you can easily order professional-grade prints or work with us to design a custom-bound wedding album for your coffee table.
